Hello, I've just ne Playstation3 increased experimental times and the MTS-files of my Panasonic (recorded in 1920x1080i) on the PS3 loaded. The result is a disaster, however, quality is worse than analog VHS video, sound is very good. The Cam s.Television directly on the original cable shows a perfect picture. Can the AVCHD format, if yes indeed the need of the codec Sonyverwendete cause problems? or do what I do wrong?

I have ne Canon HF 100, put the memory of the cam directly into the PS3 and have a super picture quality.
I was very excited that so easily and in such fantastic quality.

Stefan Yes, if you have the memory card with the full AVCHD - Structure insertion yes it works, it's just not the individual clips (mts or m2ts) individually on the stick to move - then the quality is extremely bad ...
Ask me just what information from this file structure for the decoding of the video footage is needed. Normally a single clip should be enough ...

because my HF10 is still underway, I looked out of the network 150MB * m2ts runtergeladen to s.der PS3 to test. Simply attach the file to a loaded stick and inserted into the PS3 - nothing. He has no files found. Then I have over the triangle to show all files and the file selected.
The "film" began immediately, in 1A Picture & sound quality - it is so synonymous with no folder structure.

That is, I can confirm synonymous. First, it looks as if the PS3 does not find files, but on the green triangle to get it but the files are displayed.
Incidentally, I will create synonymous mp4 files with Magix Video Deluxe 15 in HD and the PS3 plays synonymous smoothly from the stick.

Have now a little "experiment "....
Have several m2ts streams on ne card and tried to play, in fact, some streams played back perfectly normal, others such as Panasonic and synonymous Sonynur in very poor quality, a stream of its older Panasonic on the other hand, was einwandrei play.
The streams with bad quality, I then (without changing the material) with the folder structure on the card and copied all at once they were synonymous flawlessly played.
PS: If your pictures by PICTURES / or videos after VIDEO / copied the PS3 recognizes it immediately ... Otherwise you have to use the green triangle ...
