As I have seen and can be synonymous Ulead Studio DV from AVI files are not particularly good qualities. Rm (Real Media) to create.
Someone knows a program (preferably cheap) with which one of AVI. Rm can create? There should be a big issue window and even reach 650 Kbps. Ulead creates about 250 Kbps and Studio DV about 450 Kbps which is not very good quality in a large window.

Pinnacle Studio Pro can do s.Version 9, as can be found at. Rm relatively freely adjust what is required (size, sound quality, etc.).
The 9er versions you should be very little money (~ 10 ¬) at the usual suspects at auction can ;-)

Already tried Real Producer? Kost nix erstma yes and make sure synonymous quite good files (because of the Manufacturer). o)
