Frage von azzon:Hi,
I would be very grateful for assistance with the following question:
How do I file an AVI into an MP4 or convert FLV synonymous and reduce the bit rate and still maintain the quality somewhat.
I have an AVI video with a bitrate of 2600 kbit and this must be reduced to 500 by the streaming video on the Internet can be.
Did the hamster with the programs and tried WinX but the quality was unusable.
Is it generally possible to use these tools for this or have I done something wrong? Should I do it in two passes (first convert format, then reduce bit rate, or vice versa)?
Am grateful for any advice, because quite desperate.
Thank you
Alex

This is generally possible - depends purely on the image content. A shaky Full HD video with 500 kbit / not s far come and look modest.
You can go to programs like "SUPER" access, but you will not be able to get the most out.
Better therefore is MeGUI.
Then it takes another "Avisynth" with to create an AVS file with [code: 1:38 edb42ca7] AviSource (file.avi) [/ code: 1:38 edb42ca7] and feeds it into MeGUI. This encoder can work with profiles (you can download the update function), modify it slightly (presets to "Very Slow" instead of "Medium") and shall thereafter be so with the distance that is at all feasible.
