Have an old analog camcorder Metz 9636 (Panasonic), I will connect to the dubbing of old recordings to PC with Pinnacle PCTV 300i.
The S-video cable, however, does not fit s.The PC card.
Are there adapters for converting to mini-DIN?

I have seen only in conjunction with the cards. The adapters are in the cards. And that is synonymous better that way, because the pin assignments on the cards is sometimes a bit exotic.
Basically, you can register in the cable FAQ http://me.in-berlin.de/~scorpio/faqkabel.html#scart make smart and - if you know what you're doing - an adapter built myself.
