After downloading the say and write 470 megabytes! great demo of Audition 2.0 can this only with difficulty with some tweaks on Windows 2000, but she does not start after successful installation. I had been looking forward to a test, but instead only an error message ... Now perhaps XP install and then synonymous only an error message?

Adobe has two Programs that may be considered as a reference or standard: Photoshop and After Effects. Means that there are no real alternatives. In this thread http://forum.slashcam.de/premiere-audition-ac3-dekodierung-fur-soundkarte-vt34846.html? Constantine I envied the fine integration of Adobe products, which is possible on this scale previously only on Windows computers and costs in the suite below 2000 ¬. Adobe even advertises itself synonymous with this as the perfect all-round integration of all media applications.
Like this article - again - confirmed dillettiert Adobe frequently with unausgegohrenen programs, which, unfortunately, especially as regards the program interfaces and the audio / video - workflow, not with the Apple products to keep pace. The most obvious simplification for audio editing in NLE, in Premiere nil. I have checked with a friend, APP, this misery was unfortunately NO mistake: http://forum.slashcam.de/stereoton-bei-einkanaliger-aufnahme-vt35069.html? The "Pro" should be deleted off the back better premiere.

As a sound file editor, the program makes a good figure in the new version as synonymous with mastering.
For many years (at the time CoolEdit) I use today to pure music editing program called Adobe Audition 2.0. It offers exactly what I need and why it accompanies me for years.
I think the program was of the beginning (as CoolEdit) not intended as a video sound program, so there are certainly better solutions for this area.
Fact is, it runs on Windows XP Pro SP2 completely stable and has everything you need for pure music editing - the best quality.
