Frage von Moritzk:Good evening Slashcam Forum
I want a 2-hour Create DVD5 with Adobe Encore CS3.
When I file is a 25gb, 2-hour AVi file in front of 1920x1080, 16 / 9, which I created on Magix Video Pro X.
I have no experience with Adobe Encore and therefore ask you for help!
What transcoding setting should I use it to reach the best possible quality?
I have read that there are good transcoding capabilities are indeed very high and the long computing power or computing time needed, but this will lead to good results.
I'm just doing a test DVD to create and have set the settings when transcoding to Automatic. Until now, transcoded for about 3 hours and the first half is done then ... this is a good attitude?
How long will transcode a 2-hour file when it is converted in the best mode?
I hope I've made myself clear enough!
Best regards,
Moritz

Good morning
The sample DVD is now finished and I have you now face the same labor times thrown into the DVD player. The result was once again kot ..
Why?
The picture is faded and not just to look nice.
Is it because I play the DVD on the Play Station 2? If it s.falschen video codec of the source material?
Why is that?
The quality is lost, I realize, but why the pale, ungesaetigte Picture? 'm With my Latin beat s.Ende!
Help would be great!
One probably can someone help s.Telefon!
Best regards and a nice day

Or is it s.der DVD + R with the Play Station 2 or who is clearly not always synonymous?
If I play the DVD about PowerDVD s.Pc strangely everything is good, nice colors, not schwarfes flickering light ... so can therefore only s.Player or s.Fernsehr lie.
Where I fell asleep from time television, because it plays other DVDs synonymous Tip Top.
Hiiiillllfffeee!

So I have researched a little rum and chatted with a colleague.
My research has shown that the Play Station 2 of the first generation does not come with DVD + R deal. Furthermore, it could s.der quality of the Rollings lie!
Is this true, can someone confirm?
So the DVD + R he can read funny enough, but the quality for the Ars. and to the jerky picture still synonymous.
Can beat the false and a cheap Rolling Rolling to the lead the Play Station 2, a so weak Picture gives?
Can anyone recommend a Rolling?
Lg and Thanks
Moritz

No, that's not true.
If you would play on analog VHS tapes or records, then yes.
DVD is digital, and because the blank has absolutely no impact on image quality. Rather, your problem is somewhere in the brightness levels or so.
Antwort von Moritzk:
One says the other party totally different ... I see no more slowly! That the Play Station 2 (1st generation) is not compatible with the DVD + R, but I have already read in some forums and other sources!
Can I then turn the brightness level somewhere in Adobe Encore, or supervise, or the color saturation?

So so slow to make sense to me :-)
Now some questions about the export setting in the Project Transcode Presets.
Which export setting should I use a good quality to achieve?
Default: 122min 16 / 9 1920x1080
Objective: 4.7 GB DVD 16 / 9
Which is better, 2-pass VBR or 1-pass and what ever the difference is ... because a significant improvement to feel when it is rendered 2x (so I understand it)?
What target should I set Biterate to fit everything to 4.7 gb?
What audio bitrate should I choose? Go to a concert recording as the sound is much more important!
Template: 1536kbit / s, stereo, 48khz
Objective: good sound :-) The audio is set to maximum to 448 kbit / s...sollte I use this?
What's new in the video damage reduction filter (noise reduction)? I read it makes the picture a little softer ... sounds quite good!
How high should I set it so that the picture is not unschwarf?
100-100?
An answer to these questions would make me very next!
Thank you,
Moritz

Again, I ...
I have now made the following settings.
(See Picture)
If I use these settings with OK be the demonstration and then go into the export settings, then the settings are taken away again.
? What am I doing wrong?
Are the settings because when I press okay and get lost again only if I want to repeatedly change something s.der export setting?
Would be great if someone could tell me his experience.
Thank you!
