I wanted to open for the first time yesterday an HD Project and capture a video.
In drawing up the project I was going as normal, the settings were HDV 1080i (25) instead of 30 (NTSC) and off we went.
When Connect with the DV cable was synonymous recognized FX1 s.PC as a recordable device. However, Adobe is in the top of the intake box recorder device is not recognized and has been reset.
What have I done wrong or what are the settings of the camcorder so that it works with Premiere CS3?

a look at Cam-down menu if you have activated the Downconvert of HDV to DV. If so, simply switch to HDV. I know of at least Sun If it is not, I do not synonymous, perhaps a faulty firewire jack?

Then try HDVSplit times. Is a freeware tool. If it does so, you can narrow the source of error at least on PPro.
