Hi,
I have Adobe Premiere Pro, but it somehow does not.
The program loads and comes to the screen where I was between
[new project] - [project-open] - [help] and [end]

No it has never worked.
I completely formatted my computer, only the most important programs / data on it and packed it so it is very optimized.
What with the the many Progs probably would have eaten
Also I have no codec packs on it ... really do not know,
what it could be avoided.

No it has never worked. In this case, compare the time hardware and software requirements of your PC with Premiere.

But After Effects (which is synonymous longer needed) is still synonymous yes.
As for the RAM and other hardware is concerned it should be yes, or maybe just bucking to execute some commands wrong or can not execute. But a new file open or even click Exit ... because I can imagine the net it s.meiner hardware.
