I have the following problem and although I would like to animate something (here on the Z axis) .. quite simply the back of (-) (+)... forward
This is where all but synonymous AE somehow builds a choppy (see Note Picture number 1 and number 2) .. I might accidentally turned on something or someone may have other ideas .. s.dieser the places are not even keyframes ...

I think there is any keyframe interpolation. Between Pos1 and Pos2 auto keyframe animation for a movement is applied. Hook up the two points on linear at times.
