As a senior citizen with limited PC knowledge certainly accordingly I contact for help s.Sie.
Having over a year ago with a small MUSTEK first digital video recordings made and took a liking s.dieser thing, I opted for a camcorder, jvc gz - mc 200th
With this camcorder, I took a few "test video" on and noticed while watching, that this (after some playing time approx 2 minutes) suddenly froze ".
By an expert, I heard that might be my software - Windows Media Player - this may be insufficient for the jvc everio and therefore I should go to NERO Showtime.
This advice was good, because the "freeze" has been overcome. But unfortunately
Now the sound was not audible.
For easily understandable and easily implementable instructions I would be very grateful as I could solve this new problem.
If other software is installed, I would be grateful for indications of whether or when this software may receive as freeware.

is relatively clear if I remember right, the MC 200 to take into MPEG 2nd (I only have 500 as MC, the same series on eg MPEG 2 Microdrive)
The calculator must perform significantly more work, and I am surprised that the media player at all, it creates.
For the MC 500 but this program in order to cut or look. Synonymous with other programs is a tip to rename the extensions of files to mpeg, because then join a couple Programs.
But since I'm not a good software man, I know not synonymous next, is here in the forum but still have someone a tip.

The mc 500 is - as far as I can see - a very safe even better than my camcorder mc 200th
I also have the Programs of the companion CD to our s () Calculator
installed. It is the Cyberlink Power Producer and Power Programs
Director and then synonymous nor the photo-navigator.
Available to me

on both machines I installed the above synonymous "CyberLink" Programs.
