I want in my next project like the original recording of the speech to death Dönitz Hitler's instructions. Is this as simple or be subject to publicly broadcast talk synonymous any licenses.

There are "free floor material" but whether this speech is, is questionable.
Maybe someone can tell you a link regarding Free Stock photography, where this question is listed, perhaps because I know I'm not so good.
Otherwise mösste you stop at TV stations inquire whether they have the pictures and if you would provide or what the shots would cost.
