Hello,
I'm looking for something which is perhaps not there ... in any event, despite intensive searching, I found nothing.
My problem;
I own a SonyVX1e Hi 8 videocam and wishes of this cam from the signal directly zb consecutive HVR-DR60 hard disk recorder aufnemen.
It is clear that I need the analog Siganl the VX1e into a digital Siganl convert, ie I need a battery-powered analog to digital converter with S-VHS input image signal and 2 x RCA for sound and then output to a Firewire hard disk recorder.
Weiss maybe someone of you whether it is a device and if not, how I could solve the problem.

Maybe I should still say that the converter no battery, but a connector for an (external) power supply has. So one has to be something suitable tinker. ... That I had in my last posting misleading manner.
