Frage von Thosch:Hello,
I have 2 Different DV Cams:
A Panasonic 3CCD NV-DX110 and an NV-DS990, which unfortunately has a dead pixel on the CCD: (
The image quality of the DX110 is much older, thanks 3CCD technology, an excellent and much better than the newer DS990, so I now movies exclusively with the DX110.
To protect the tape drive, I now wanted my films that I made with the DX110, (with dub the DS990 to a PC Quasi cartridge out and clean the other ...;)).
Now my possibly stupid question ...
The DS990 can berhaupt the "better" 3CCD full of images transferred to the PC, or quality losses can occur there, as the DS990 can not handle the material of the DX110?
Or am I doing there sogarr one flaw, and the tape drive simply reflect what gets delivered is of the tape ...
Please clarify me on!

Hello,
no preference whether 3CCD or 1 CCD - on the tape is a standardized data-stream. You can do it quietly so as desired.

Greeting Wiro That sounds good.
Thus, poor quality Cam is playing so well placed, high-quality image material?
