Is this really the Panasonicmikro VW VMH3E? At Panasonic en it looks quite different. Looks more like a VW VMS2E.

I have purchased the Beyerdynamic MCE 72 CAM straight, but the problem is that not my thread fits into the hole s.der bottom of the Hot Shoe Adapter ... I am doing something wrong or is that an incorrect production?
