We work internationally for various labels and artists to create 10-20 clips per year in the mid-budget segment and are frequently on the pole positions in various MTV or VIVA charts represented. A few examples of our style is here:

In the wake of outsourcing, we look for future production of highly ambitious, self-cutter on Project or contract basis - not a daily basis - who work on their own Macs with Final Cut Pro.
Basic requirement is talent and feeling in the music video that it applies to to prove, and know how in the theatrical cut. Applicants without the appropriate references should disregard of a job.
We provide pre-sorted to the footage including script element with TC data, so that the efforts here. For the acceptance, we expect a Final Cut Pro file. Experience, creates an ambitious editor such a clip s.1-2 days including fine tuning. Since the contractor has until the script element complete artistic freedom, we pay a flat rate per plant - not on a daily basis.
