Hi friends,
I would like the old VHS cassettes, which contain private video recordings capture and burn to DVD.
I have a GeForce 6600GT Grafikarte with S-Video Anschlusss.
Now I have my normal VCR (no s-vhs) with the graphics card connected: And although with a S-video cable of the graphics card on
this
Then I have Virtual Dub and the Nvidia WDM Drivers installed. Now I had hoped that the Virtual Dub VCR as a device recognizes, however, it does not.
Am I doing this completely wrong? When I come to doubt whether my VCR (no s-vhs) is capable of connecting with my PC up, I also question whether my graphics card has the correct port.
Alternatively, I still ne TV card lying. And if it fails the simple VCR was to connect with the alternative of the videos on my vhs camcorder to play and then of camcorder to PC. However, I do not know whether they are the best quality is maintained.
Would be grateful for any response,

film distillery ... since then direct gehts of vhs to mpeg2
format.
in your case would be transferred to the dv-cam

180 ¬ is too much to me, when you consider that I am just about 20 hours of video capture and the thing will probably never again will need to be .. So probably übern ichs camcorder to make, at least I know now that it was the nonsense about the graphics card to try ..

look again at the link that you gave Chezus. A / D converter can be synonymous to borrow and then you might even be the flagship of Canopus treat: The ADVC-300 with Timebase Corrector and noise filters. ;-)
