The only problem arises when replacing. That is, in Audition worked, confirmed with OK, in Premiere, but the clip is still in its original version ...
I've since seen something about Audition ... eg "export to Premiere" etc. ?

The audio editing in Audition does not directly from the original.
Probably you have the edited version as. Wav or what ever synonymous and save this version against the original exchange.

Unfortunately incorrectly advised.
Normally it should be rich if you save files in Audition. Then the changes should be autonomous.
Only once again to the safety steps:
1) in Premiere to the audio clip in the timeline, right click -> Edit in Adobe Audition
2) file into Audition will auto open at the airport then edit and save (not under a new file or so, but just save)
3) To switch premiere. The changes should now be over.

Exactly it is .... ie CTRL + S (in audition) and the thing is perfect ...
