Frage von hirsi83^:Hello,
I have an Intel Centrino 1.8 GHz laptop with 512 Mb RAM and ATI 9700 + GraKa WinXP Sp2 and recently increased my Avermedia DVB-t USB 2.0 card .... after they had installed the software after a while humble, I started the program.
Tuning went well ...

o At least 256 MB of RAM
o USB 2.0
o VGA card supports DirectX 9 and DxVA
o AC'97-compatible sound card
o Windows 2000/XP Ò

Now I have my new GraKa-Drivers gained the latest of AverMedia cleaned my system, optimizes defragmented, sterilized .... but it RCUKELT STILL!
Slowly I am s.verzweifeln what it might still be?
Has someone an idea?

Wikipedia
The interface of a device with "USB 2.0 is specified, does not necessarily mean that this device is synonymous to high-speed data rate of 480 Mbit / s offering. Position, the supplier is that a USB 2.0-compatible device in principle, each of the three-speed [* can use] and the 2.0-compatibility means first that the latest version of the specification is met. 480 Mbit / s may therefore be expected only when a device is excellent with the logo "Certified Hi-Speed USB.
* USB allows a device with 1.5 Mbit / s (Low Speed), 12 Mbps (Full Speed) or with 480 Mbps (High Speed, USB 2.0 transfer from available) data.
