Frage von Hermann79:Hello, I would say that I erstmal been 4 days and nights Mpeg's and Avi's trying to get on DvD. Through google, I always ended up to hit your forum. I am nervous breakdown shortly before
;-). I very much synonymous to read but I manage to get it.
The following: I have here, for example, a 800 MB MPEG file and large these attempts with Nero 7, I "Create Video DVD" to burn to DVD. First, Nero says the file is too big! That could be bad, the small 800 MB file is never more than 4.7 GB (or 4.3 GB) in size when transcoding? And if I am wrong, why? So I am continuing the process and press your burn ... Of course schmeisst Nero then after 3 h transcode the DVD out and says it wants to have a larger blank ....
Please help me ... Thanks for your efforts
MfG Hermann
Antwort von mdb:
Nero uninstall, buy an MPEG2 encoder (TMPGEnc or Canopus Procoder Express), convert the video into DVD-compliant MPEG2 build GUIDVDAuthor them with a DVD on the HD, with ImgTool the image of this DVD make directory and with a burning program that Image burn (I make almost every day, so)

I'll try .... Does the schema synonymous if I want to write several mps's on a DVD? Purely theoretical question, if a DVD player avi / mpg4 format supported (that really the same?) Could you simply create a data DVD, Avi's easy to burn and play in a DVD player?

Antwort von MichaSpr:

The synonymous swallows everything possible

and is easy to use.
