I have the following problem:
I want a Avi File 252 MB big is the decrease by about 20 Mb.
File Info:
Resolution: 640x480
Length: 27 min
Bit rate: 129 kbits / s
Frames: 25
Video file size: 24 bit
Data Rate: 157 kbits / s
Videocomprimierung: DivX

I have reduced the Resolutionreduziert with TMPGenc, the frames and reduces the bit rate and then changed. The result was exactly twice the size so out of 504 MB.

gruß lafyt I'm sorry, but I'm not the programmer of this software .... is not synonymous to the distribution or the publisher ... and looks to me like the help from the program?
