Good day interaction,
Interlace have a
movie played from my Avid (... because they had done Interlace was recorded). This means I would now like to
QuickTime in a mp4 file convert. Unfortunately, QuickTime, when you convert the strips do not calculate out. Also Avid does not.
Is there a way (eg program) to strip from the
1:1 (DV - PAL) footage possible
loss herauszurechnen?
The aim should DV - PAL (. Mov) film material to be followed in the QuickTime import them.

With Sorenson Squezze it has worked.
When the pans are interlaced - strip disappeared. And the picture quality is very good. Now you can with the QT mp4 created.
But now in the Picture jerky pans and zooms in the film.
How to order from someone? And has a tip.

It is here despite being repeatedly been mentioned, but again the workflow from Avid out:
1. Export as Quicktime Reference (not a movie!). To get a lossless Quicktime file, which is based on the original notes and files very small.
2. Files in this rendering of the corresponding application's target format. I suppose like MPEG Streamclip (freeware), which is a very good job making (including deinterlacer). Sorenson synonymous should work, but I was with the outcome last time not really happy - because I was the Apple Compressor rather convincing.
When the jerky picture, it might perhaps something wrong with the settings to squeeze do.

So with the wrong settings in Sorenson for DV Pal (. mov) 720 x 576 has nothing to do. If you Maintain Aspect Ratio is not in use keeps the film even 720 x 576 pixels.
With the setting
"Even field first" for deinterlacing, the strip of moving pictures (panning) disappeared.
The Halbbildverfahren ought perhaps the strip through the entire film to distribute! Or have I misunderstood something?
From AVID can be
1:1 DV-Pal or
via lossless QT Ref. lossless off.

Chris Did you look at MPEG Streamclip views? There, you simply open the file (DV PAL or halt QTR) and tell the program what format you want to convert (for my mp4). This will open a dialog where you put your settings and can, among other things, there's a point where synonymous "Video de-interlace". Checking and ready. However, there are apparently significant differences in the results: I had the shakes of you described with Sorenson and am therefore also yes to the compressor outlet (because you can adjust much more synonymous and it looked much better).

Hello again,
So funny of time to time were at the same settings Ruckler more and more. The more I have experimented. Even when anschl play in QT.
I now have the following solution:
1. Divx Player Uninstalls. 've Read so QT has any other problems.
2. Reinstalled QT.
3. Again the reference Mov. from Avid played.
4. Ext. the Mov-Ref. imported into Sorenson.
5. Not higher than max. Default image size:
640 x 480 with auto deinterlace Field or even first. The objective is anyway later MP4 in 640 x 480 Sound 44.1 Hz A pity that you're not 720 x 576 without Ruckelverlust receives.
6. Ext. jerky the movie in QT only very slightly when zooming and panning. Quite acceptable also.
Of course it is always better if you as little as possible kompriemiert, so with only one program. But since I do QT deinterlacer you must, it is just so. Will told me the program a look. Thank you.
