Hello, myself have searched for the same info and I've found that by following this link: www.avid.com / watch xpressdv - then under demands that everything's in it.
When it comes to a notebook: I run version 3.5 on a Dell Inspiron 9300 with Centrino 1,6 GHZ, 1.25 GB of RAM, 60GB HD, ATI X300 graphics card - was wonderful.
