I could really urgently need your help. Short first: I am studying for a semester abroad make film and must be in the next few days my semester project. Unfortunately, the teachers are not able to help me with Avid technical problems. I have been looking synonymous here for a suitable answer to my question, but have not found the right solution. So the following problem:
I have a film with Avid Xpress Pro of, say 5-8 minutes long and would cut export it now. Preferably as. Avi, so I can process them somewhere else. And s.liebsten uncompressed. Or at least as little as possible. Now I can export but for some reason, no more than ~ 2GB and then Avid breaks are s.and me the error: "Unable to export Bin.
Alternatively, I would take a compressed synonymous. Avi file in Purchase, where she is under 2GB. But I do not know how and where can I set it, or how do I know which I use for a certain compression of a film Läge enter, or "charge" must? I would be glad if someone could help here.
I can also neuderdings in export settings for audio not specify more 48kH. Why might that be? Did I accidentally moved something in the settings?

First, it is that Avid film packets to max. 2GB stores. But this is usually not a problem because the files together Avid investigated. How about with the DV format (and I had just asked synonymous) or mpeg?

If you cut with Avid Xpress Pro, you've recorded your footage as DV or safe? If so, then you can schonmal noandere Audio Sampling Rate of 48 kHz, or belly noandere synonymous rate, because that is nunmal DV sound. Unless you have to convert it because it must meet any standard.
How can you work around the 2GB limit:
Export your movie as a Quicktime Reference (; not Quicktime Movie!).
File-> Export -> Options -> select "QuickTime Reference, select Einsellungen (;" Square "as the Aspect Ratio select s.besten all turn on and check" Use Avid DV Codec "option, if not about the so experiment with other Settings)
Save.
Avid will then store a very small MOV file. This is a kind of link to the original material from the Avid OMF image. As a WAV sound is stored separately. Control but, s.es correct stereo, because some versions have since Avid Xpress bugs. If the sound should not be correct, export it as WAV extra!
Now you can play either the MOV with the QuickTime player to play, or download the MOV purely in QTPlayer and of export from there. The QTPlayer creates the 2 GB limit in my experience. This means that you can out of your film from QTPlayer export as uncompressed.
