Frage von Siebi:Hello together.
Have Avid installed on my notebook. In principle, synonymous everything works, except for the fact that the internal graphics, (GMA X4500DH) for Avid is not OpenGL capable graphics hardware, and so for me the effect preview only "Software OpenGL" is available and the CPU encounters of course there very quickly s.ihre limits.
The graphics chip has of course an OpenGL interface and is 3x faster than my old Nvidia card in my easily-accepted Desktop Calculator Avid ...
Is there a way to vote Avid gracious?

Avid is really only designed for use with NVidia chipsets. Preferably by PNY graphics cards, the Quadro FX series.
There are some graphics cards with ATI chipset on which Avid Xpress DV still pretty good run. I once had an ATI 9600 Pro Of Sapphire - which went great with Xpres a non-DV.
Your chipset is, however, of Intel.
