for my video light I bought on Ebay 2 Batteries, both have the same mAh number, but feels a lot longer than the other. What can I do with the weak battery has more capacity again?

You can try the battery time to put into the freezer to improve reach. Otherwise, the cause of this memory effect in mishandling is to be sought, eg only half-empty battery is loaded.

That's not true, unfortunately so.
NiMH Batteries also have this "memory effect"!
So far, these are intended only to lithium ion Batteries have not memory effect (but who knows, I let the synonymous selectively discharged).
Moreover, the tolerance of the capacity. If there is eg 2600 mAh on it, that is still far from being that can be purchased all 4 Batteries-recordings and re-emit this capacity is synonymous. I have recently purchased 4 NiMH Batteries of this capacity. 3 of them could be with a cargo-load between 2650 and 2701 mAh. The fourth Battery synonymous errecihte after a refresh, only about 2300 mAh charge and discharge capacity of just under one 2200 mAH.
Would I now run this battery with any of the other 3, so this fourth battery would always deeply discharged, which would greatly shorten its life span. So when I phoned Manufacturer, I inquired about the tolerances, noted that the fourth battery is getting out of tolerance and voluntarily sent a replacement battery. Just for info -> Fa Ansmann. Model!
The fun. This replacement battery also does not reach the specification, but in limbo about the level of the fourth Batteries. But so did another couple with the same capacity, which does not hurt each other.
There are chargers that provide information about its capacity and so on. Three children with Gameboys and you are preoccupied with the issue either you or you will arm :-)
