I have recently launched a're of Pansonic NV-GS180 and would like to know how do I edit my recordings s.besten. For Choice, I have Nero 7 Ultra Edition and PowerProducer 3 of CyberLink.
Are these Programs for the beginning austreichend?
With Nero I can cut the middle leine scenes from the movie right? Is that with PowerProducer?
I cover my shots from your camcorder with a USB cable to the PC. Should I rather buy a Firewire cable?
Would be nice if I would give me some tips.

Hi Jan,
I have you in the list of available software sees no evidence of any video editing program. The focus of the other, I rather guess the "Create DVDs a". Is that so?
You will encounter here in the forum again and again that video recordings are usually transferred via firewire to the Calculator. There are several reasons, all of which you can read in the following contribution. There you will find more info synonymous around the subject of video editing and some potential for Programs.
Thanks for the tip Mark. What video editing software should I get it? Are there any good test versions to try?
How can I convert my movie file into a space-saving format? The film now has the format avi.

With video formats, it is a bit like with Coke cans, the less space they consume, so ugly they are ...
There are several different formats including: WMV, MPG, MPEG, or AVI (I would imagine that these are the gänigsten). WMV is a pretty good picture and s.wenigsten consumes disk space (Best Place-quality ratio, I think) for MP (E) G, and AVi, there are very, very, very many codecs komprmieren the movie, I would prefer to AVI, and let them shoot unkoprimiert with little or a lot of memory easily, otherwise a good codec like DVIX, etc get.

AVI is a container format called and says only that the content of video - and audio data may exist. Whether the data is uncompressed, the (one extreme) or DivX-compressed (there is another extreme), assumes the file extension is not initially apparent. You would immediately notice the difference but if you want to reprocess the images. ;-)
