Frage von RocknRoyal:Hi,
if I have a clip (and Canon 5D Mark II) which I found to date from the improved workflow ProRes there - on which format you would use for Vimeo etc? I'm usually on the compressor of FCP2 ....
Oh yes,
up as far as I can down because of the resolution, so that it will still be played as HD at Vimeo and does not run under the default resolution?
Because currently have a clip about 5min - with about 8GB and the size should be compatible in HD on Vimeo appear at a tolerable size.
Grüssle
Alex.

So, 720p is perfect for Vimeo. On Vimeo ne kleine Instructions can be found in what format and bit rate with which you get the best result. There mal gucken. Bitrate was 5000 I believe.
Antwort von Chezus:
export via compressor or even quicktime (; jump in export menu) to H.264, 75% or maybe 100% in 720p
so you get very good results
Or you take the "uncompressed" Film and render out 10 test videos in the batch with different settings and decide yourself
So I always do. I rarely leave me on others' attitudes. Always comes across most materials (; graphics, video, lots of exercise, lack of exercise, etc)
