Is not so.
CUE / BIN is an image of a CD or a DVD. You can burn on a blank disc and then the medium of the actual film (if there is a wank on it).
Instead of burning you can synonymous with the image files to mount a virtual file system and then get there, of the actual files. In addition, you can use Daemon Tools or Isobuster.
