Hi, I now wanted to capture in my S-VHS movies, the raw data of Virtual Dub to mpeg-2 data. Vob format decoding (with the program SUPER).
I now have the video bitrate around 8000kbs floating around 345kbs in audio and constant chosen. Now I've read that you must not exceed the standard DVD in no case a certain bit rate.
I have the vob file with GSpot analyzed, but get only a recycled bit rate displayed (which is 8080kbs).
My question would be, what with the info about the program, I HIGHEST bitrate of the video while getting (since variable) to test whether I still was below the limit for audio + video.
Do you know perhaps as a program?

Porbiere times "Media Info". With 8Mbps but you lie very near the top. More should not be synonymous!
