I've studied the manual and do not come next.

V2 or V3 Video Track 2 (on the Black Forest Clinic) for the first video track and 3 for the second Still Image (right click next to "V1" Timeline "Add Track").
If you do not have keyframes on the first picture of your clips, set (manual) are no movements, scaling, rotations, etc. accepted.
