Frage von Maki:Hi folks,
I'm a total PC / Mac hardware flop, a short, perhaps unnecessary question:
Can I with this card:
http://www.blackmagic-design.com/de/press/detail.asp?pressID=142
real-time example of an SDI in EX1 HD, ProRes 4:2:2 HQ - 10bit record directly to hard drive? Sufficient for wiring a normal BNC cable?
a short or not enough for me, thanks!

Yes and no.
Yes, the card supports capture in real time. Yes, a "normal" BNC cable is the drug of choice.
Yes and no, the "hard drive" should like to consist of several (namely in the raid setup) to be able to shovel enough data rate ;-)
