Good day.
I am a complete novice in 3D.
My question: Is it possible in blender of a still image, here in particular, a face, create a 3D object that is behind suitable for laser processing? It is enough to have a view of the front and the two sides.

It is not possible in Blender to create 3D objects based on photos of car to leave, if you mean.
But you can download photos in Blender purely as a background and then s.modellieren. This is synonymous to normal operation in 3-D programs, for creating of 3D objects. So it is possible to create any object of reference photos, but is a bit of work synonymous.

In your particular case there is another program synonymous (; FaceGen), which will build the basis of photos you a 3D head. I've worked myself tested great:

But this is a commercial program in the demo you can try out all features but only the export function is not included to the file in other 3D programs to load.
Now arises the question what do you exactly mean with "laser processing"?
I think you mean that it sends the 3D data, then you s.einen Laser and the working out of a mass of this 3D object.

There is a free software that generates from your 3D model, a point cloud. The software supports, among other things, the OBJ file format.
