For my study, I write film s.einer Essay and would like of you know what a Swiss film your opinion with lead so that it synonymous in Germany to work.
"My name is Eugene" for example, in Switzerland over 500,000 cinema tickets and has registered with the Swiss Film Prize 2006, was in Germany a real flop. There are stark differences between the Swiss and the German film market.
I want in my work, inter alia, the question of how a Swiss film must be formed so that it synonymous in Germany can find its audience.
Would be glad if you give me just your thoughts about this to write you could.

Dialect is of course quite clearly a problem, but synonymous otherwise it does not have German films in Germany, Europe's MUCH harder than in Switzerland.
The Swiss public is for smaller independent productions, in my view, much more open than the German. While such things are in Germany only in cinemas in the big program running, there are in Switzerland much more cinemas, the films away from Hollywood mainstream to run.
Therefore, I have my doubts that a Swiss film, which is synonymous in Germany is successful;)
