Hello!
I have just received my new CX700VE and unpacked. The package was sealed, all the accessories look unused.
However, I immediately noticed was that the lens cover open / closed is what actually turned off when Cam is not the case. It also features two sides, an elongated spot on the lens, which is light blue / oily and with a soft cloth and cautiously approach is not removable.
So I wanted to know if it's worth it in this case, contact the s.Sonyzu directly, or whether it makes more sense to return the part to the shipper (notebooksbilliger.de). I think in any case this is not acceptable - so I assume they would not even come into operation.
Or I am mistaken and the stain makes nothing at all? I can imagine me not. If somebody is ready to tip or had an experience this, I would be very pleased.
