The first is a simple text effect, perhaps you will find sowas in the animation presets.
Otherwise, duplicate the text, put on the other text, font color, bright, bissl transparent and then animate a mask on, so that this work is then just the light.
Glitter Font s.den the edges ... no idea - perhaps in some way with particles or even animate. Synonymous perhaps there a plugin that can do it.
The zoom eat again for more than simple. Either written or Animating a camera. And use motion blur.

The glitter s.Rand of writing .. perhaps because it comes with Trapcode Starglow go? Cooler would naturally nen plugin, which sowas easily realized.
Otherwise, one more question, it sounds like a typical "zoom-Sound", you get somewhere from?

It looks to me like synonymous rather than if only the edges of the text were animated, perhaps this can be so similar as above hinbekommen via animated mask.

These animations can then be saved as a movie as an AVI or mpeg file and use already in your film.
