Hi, have the following problem:
When I plug my headphones and my microphone into the appropriate matching external jack my camera, I hear no sound through the headphones. I was able to test otherwise (both Micro and headphones) and both worked.
Now I have a suspicion: Had a few months ago a problem with the software my cam, which had hung himself "" I wanted to capture on DV output a video. I had the video just fine without any errors then capture, but after that my outside speakers of the action no longer worked.
Can it be now that the software has suspended a second time? If so, what can I do about now?

clear is that possible with the software (actually firmware). bimmel times the manufacturer-to. The UU will send you an updated firmware, or you ask to send in the device.
