Questions, questions:
What software do you use?
If only the menu is not displayed correctly, or synonymous to the film? Indeed, there are synonymous Programs which do not have 16:9 _Menüdarstellung.
Did I understand you correctly, you have no missing egg heads, ie only the correct aspect ratio bar at the top down? Then you have to see times in the setup of your player, there must be at TV, etc. Appearance: (4:3) and not 4:3 Letterbox Pan & Scan.
Good luck, Jens

Exactly'm not eggheads ... and the beams are missing ... that is correct ... I use the software Adobe Encore DVD 1.5
Antwort von jens:
Encore I do not know so well - but I'm assuming that you can set display options there somewhere, so if 16:9 movie to 4:3 Pan + then either scan or letterbox. You can even time and see where (or) in the help. Otherwise FONG times in the setup menu of your player. Have you tried Purchase DVDs in 16:9 format before?

which is clearly s.dem player ... because you can adjust namely, whether 4:3 or widescreen;
if there still is 4:3, then the player interprets the same material, and adds the additional normal beam, then the widescreen TV you can only zoom. but if you set the player synonymous 16:9, egg heads are then made, and yet the tv but then again, the bunched together (as true 16:9)

I will not quite clever in your text - but not so sure of that. Synonymous, I suspect that it is s.Player-setup. Only the player must have 4:3
letterbox, that he is above and below the bars. With
Pan & Scan, he zooms into the picture. And not everyone (eg not older) TVs) have a 16:9 switching (equalization.
A widescreen incidentally recognizes a "true" 16:9 picture. He shows synonymous.

Hi All,
I would have guessed now synonymous to the setup menu of the DVD player. There have to tell the device what the format of the connected television and has to be shown the way in which video films, which have a different format.

I once did not accept that you have a 16:9 cam at home.
I myself have a camera of Sony, in which one can choose between 4:3 and 16:9. However, nothing else is done at 16:9, when the top and bottom black bars are placed over the picture and the whole bit is gezoom. But not a real 16:9 recording corresponds ... In this case, you need to Premiere or what synonymous editing program but still no 16:9 Project Create a 4:3.
Also used in the authoring software 4:3.
Most of the newer 16:9 TV Sets auto zoom ran the picture when they see black bars above and below ... therefore you would then have a Picture that completely fills a 16:9 TV ... But just zoomed ... not real

That is not quite right, you're talking of camcorders can only record the 16:9 letterboxed. In the meantime, however, many Comcord (keyword megapixel camcorder) is actually incorporated into abutment 16:9. The whole needs to be adjusted but then again s.Pal 720x576.
