The long wait is over: of 18 to 20 March 2011 flicker again the best low and no-budget productions of the German-speaking countries on the screens of the Mannheim castle - and make your clips the program!
Send us your short films, animated films, trash films, experimental films, documentaries, animations and music videos. We show off what is all clever, clever, cunning, smart and smart is! Everything is permitted - as long as it is short and cheap.
As a pure Low & No-Budget Short Film Festival award clip directed exclusively s.freie Filmmakers, to realize on their own short films and music videos. Therefore, the clips may have been either in the context of film studies rotated, are financed by a grant.
Cost per minute:
- Max. ¬ 50 min in the section NO BUDGET
- Max. ¬ 500 / min in the section LOW BUDGET
The game length is max. 13 minutes.
