Hey Guys,
I am now not sure whether the topic is now right here. I am looking for a new camcorder for our concert videos. So far, I work with an old SonyD8 Camera and capture via firewire. Now I've looked around me a little and had to realize that many camcorders have only USB.
Can I maybe someone recommend a good and günsigen camcorder with which I can continue to work in Premiere? Respectively. what format I can process at all in the premiere?

I do not know about directly with Adobe Premiere, but if the latest version is 6.0, you would already get along with very many formats. But more tips should be people who know about synonymous with Adobe Premiere, but you should still synonymous say if you want HD and in what price range you want to move you ...

You mean sure Premiere 6? The ne is fairly old version, which can deal with s.besten DV material (D8 is so technically the same as DV) - in other words, you can with any MiniDV cam (and which have synonymous NEN Firewire output work)!
Files from the new HD-Cam, AVCHD in particular, can be safe but do not cut it!
