Frage von Listor:Hello!
I just am going to tell me what Camera I grow, I think arming Calculator and what software I would ultimately use.
I'd like to take the Canon HF SDR-20th My calculator, I would be equipped with 8GB of RAM (Windows + 7 64) and this graphics card .-> ATI Radeon HD4870 512MB.
My Processor is an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Duo Core 5000 +.
In video software, I would take the PowerDirector 8 ultra.
What do you think of this combination??
Am grateful for every response!
Regards
Philip
Antwort von unodostres:
Win 7 (64): OK
Camcorders: OK
ATI graphics card: Conditional OK, I tend to Nvidia
8 GB of RAM: OK
Processor: Not OK. Currently no AMD can compete with the Intels.
Tip: Intel i7-920. about 220 ¬
Board with the current chipset, and then 3er Kit RAM.Riegel pure. (DDR3)
Antwort von Listor:
Is the handling of AVCHD material with my Processor + Power Director 8 at all possible, or it is "only" slow down?
I've read a lot where it says: No quad core need not be cut beginning to see!
Is that true??
Antwort von hozz:
The graphics card in my opinion is too large (if you just want to cut, not synonymous to play or similar).
An example HD4850 will cost slightly more than half (120 instead of 200) and will certainly still not a bottleneck through editing.
The Nvidia is better or worse, that is nonsense. Here it is purely on the performance of the card, and any reasonably current midrange model should be more than enough, if the editing program can not explicitly and extensively GPU computing. See then the most price-performance ratio.
A faster processor with many cores would be nice (and is probably the most important), but you just need to Motherboard synonymous nor dazunehmen. Eighth synonymous on it, that the memory fit.
When in doubt, save s.der for new motherboard and graphics card + memory + Proz.
Come on it synonymous with what you have already upgraded ( "", what are you up to date, it is worth it, anyway?) And, above all, looks like the budget.
Test times but the editing program with rigendeinem AVCHD sample video, as it can be edited.
I can with Sony Vegas 9, 2GB of RAM, an E6600 (2 cores) to work well (at least as much as I have already tried), is not so garnix or you will only see slideshow.
As I said, probiers yourself!
To select the editing software: check out test versions! Is much more a matter of taste here.
