Hello,
When I SonyDCR-the camera seems TRV900e Internal Microphone to be broken (an audio track is much quieter than those of others). Has anyone here by chance experience with how expensive the replacement of such a microphone might be or where I could learn something about it? We found in the nearest Sony service call center, but there was only told me how expensive a cost estimate would be (40 euros) and that I have with the camera should come (which is not so easy, because the next service point is quite far away). A rough price guide would always help me.

Thanks for the replies - I have the camcorder actually been with another Micro tried and this works flawlessly. However, I have the camera on the corresponding directional microphone and the synonymous has a setting for Zoomcharakteristik (running on the intelligent accessory shoe and mixes the micro-directional sound with the camera's internal sound, depending on the zoom setting). The feature I find really great, is not only to use with the defective internal Micro. That is stupid that I have the camera just for e-bay auction and have stood in the description that it is new. I'm already in contact with the seller and underfoot now consider whether I should try the runterzuhandeln price, or whether I prefer to try the camera back ...

However, it is synonymous with the TRV900 known that the internal microphone after a few years needs to be replaced. It is aging just like any other condenser microphone synonymous.
The last repair, in which the microphone unit (108.50 DM) has been replaced, has a total cost about 400 DM. There were however a few synonymous with drive parts (including installation), ie the price is not representative.
