Would soon (in an open air rock concert as a cameraman, 5 cameras) be active.
Such a concert sometimes lasts 3 hours and is relatively abwechslungsarm. Respectively. May have 3 hours, the same keyboard player and singer in sight to be somewhat boring.
Who has done anything like this? Can someone give me hints as what you should do what is not sore?

It's simple: If your camera is assigned to keep the keyboard player and singer ever in the picture, then you should do exactly synonymous. At least the latter will probably move yet, so there should keep you busy. For the rest, yes, the director looks at his monitors, who is recording what the camera people and can direct via intercom accordingly, so that more variety comes into the picture. You'll see: This production is anything but boring, and the three hours pass faster than you think before. Have fun!

Check out a few times live concert DVDs. Rock Am Ring, perhaps time is synonymous KISS (; as Live in Vegas - very fast and "full of action" and has) a multi-cam view of the whole show.

Stabo XH9082 - that there is always time for a relatively cheap money on Ebay ... was then comb it out as an expensive sau ... I have 3 pcs of this. Some guys are even older Models but synonymous with a can communicate 9082nd

The whole enterprise is not just low budget.
There are 5 cameras including intercom (; cable), Directing is in a separate room near the stage.
The various videos on youtube, etc. to confirm my suspicions: It will probably remain fairly constant monotonous keyboard player in the eye and the viewfinder on.

If you like this information would have given earlier, the thread would become much shorter.
If an intercom is available, then it is quite simple. You're doing what the director tells you via intercom. It is (; hopefully before) and make a briefing to explain the different camera positions, together with their duties.
If you are the "boring keyboard-camera are," then that is your job ;-)
I hardly think that it is boring for you and how the video will depend of the Directing from ....

You'll see, that makes animal fun. As has been said that if there is a Directing, you do exactly what the said. If you're lucky, you caught a good Dirctor that can really push yourself. I had a fun time for filming WDR Rockpalast `s` m at Wacken Open Air, and which are Dirctor of sowas geil ... Hats off! The tickle out the last of you and du film into postures that you normally would not even make to Advanced Yoga. :-)
Generally, please Directing the beautiful pictures every now and then, if you find any. Of course, unless you just do not "on air are" clear.
