Frage von Auf Achse:Hello!
I take my XH-A1s the camera information (eg: tape remaining, Rec control, aperture value, etc. ..) are on display / viewfinder but not visible on the output BNC jack. The reason for this live recording of an event in my camera via BNC are transferred to the Video Wall.
According to manual you can do so in the XH-G1, which is synonymous with a little trick with the XH-A1s? Maybe on the AV connector for naming?
Thanks and regards,

Nothing easier than that! (I speak here for the XH-A1 without the "s")
Menu> Display Setup-> TV Screen> "Off" _____________________________________________________________
In the XH-A1 can switch on the back of the camera (attachment) between A/V1 and V2 (= BNC). Is that the XH-A1s different? Guck my grad perplexed the images on the Canon website to ...

.... s.manchen days, life is really easy :-) -> Thanks John!
I have just one question for transmission on the video wall: I would like to have in 16:9 and 4:3 in output on the BNC (or letterbox). I have found in Menu> Display Setup> Guide Aspect different aspect ratios. Am I right here, I have found nothing in the manual except to the Page 80, but as I understand the concerns synonymous again, only the XH-G1.
How can I change it?
Thanks and regards,

If features of the
XH-G1 only concern, then the top of the page or in the corresponding score specified in the. The difference for the
XH-G1 XH-A1 lies in the fact that the former HD/SDI- Out, and Time Code In / Out has genlock.
Otherwise, the functions of the two cameras (as far as I know) the same.

How can I change it? In the
recording mode you can not change because, as you imagine.
Or should the website via Component? Or Firewire connection to / via a PC during the recording? , I think not.
In
playback mode you can switch to letterbox menu (when viewing on a 4x3 TV, so the aspect ratio appears 16x9).
But you want just not true. So letterbox to "let off". Then, the 16x9-Picture vertically distorted.
In the recording operation on a 4x3 monitor anyway.
And that's where you'll have to start.
How is the Picture supposed to come on the video wall, a projector? Then you had the same menu you can adjust the projector.
But tell me: You want but just
not a 4x3-picture (ie distorted) can show!? Or is it?
I understand now somehow completely wrong? It makes sense but the 16x9-Picture, which you absorb, and that should be able to play the beamer but true.

Hello!
I want to record and play back simultaneously to 16:9 to 4:3 -> and right that must be converted s.Beamer (actually, then the projector can be set to 16:9 and 4:3 need no more)! Thanks for the hint, I was there probably blinkered! Last year, namely, an older LCD Video Wall used and there was nothing with Aspect - settings!
