Hello,
something is done preferably in the timeline of the editing program (Premiere).
You need an image of great writers in the timeline.
The effect settings window under "motion" at the beginning and end of the camera with keyframes set and with "heading" and possibly "Scale" setting the desired motion. By right-clicking on the keyframes, you can finally say using a Bezier motion anstarten buttery soft and slow.
