Hello everybody,
in a short time I fly to Morocco for a 'low-budget' video production (for web).
And I would also add to the standard tripod synonymous like images from specific perspectives and journeys. Here to me is the question of a (cheap, light and variable in particular), the system easily without much effort I can carry it on. A Steadycam, or a dolly, etc., are unthinkable. Too heavy and too large for transport in the plane. Since we have no large sums available are very expensive ideas are synonymous of the question.
Now I had the idea (mainly synonymous with a product from an IBC) to hang the camera may s.einen with helium balloon which is filled. Of course this is not synonymous to realize that simple. The whole should be as austarriert that Cam just hovering at head height and is thus replaced in less Dolly-/Kranfahrten Height. Is such a thing feasible, the whole would be designed for a handheld, or VLT. dslr. Helium it ought to be in the major Moroccan cities synonymous, and a balloon of vlt. 2m diameter should not take much space in the suitcase.
Has anyone ever done something, seen or tips s.wen you are with such a project can contact ..?
Or can you forget something right .. would be a Glidecam (without vest) sufficient?
It's simply to make me not only static tripod. I would place 10 days before the rental equipment from Germany and synonymous with expensive.
Or should I rather look for a film equipment rental companies in the field (Casablanca I land) for rental to spot something?
What would you do, maybe someone has a good idea:)

I was there with a camper group, have filmed four weeks with Canon's HV30, 8 tapes I had s.Ende.
Camera stabilizer was always switched on the recordings.
Have also simple self-made body stands (see my HP) are used. From the car I was filming with the camera lying on a pea bag (20x20x10cm approx) on the dashboard, it has become steady shots. Restwackler I could eliminate any problems with the Mercalli plug-in. From the camel has rocked badly here I should use my mini-Steady better, I have had in the camper are unfortunately.

Oh yes otherwise you can still buy local skateboard NEN provided on this (glue) the cam and then push the board over the roof of the car, then searched synonymous NEN mini dolly for arms ;-)

May collapse easily and is even slightly synonymous. Not the best Steadycam "effect", but that should be enough.
