I've just encountered this as a "slip system" offered system.
It is called the Cine-strap, the product is as follows:
The belt itself is made of high-density tissue and has a capacity that exceeds one hundred times a camera often. The sturdy carabiner allows fast decoupling of the camera from the strap when it is needed. The screw connection is only once s.Boden the camera attached.
