Frage von Samsung:Hello everybody,
I have 1 week Legria the Canon HF 200 and increased the Master Collection of Adobe. Now I want to cut HD video with Premiere CS 4th My PC is a 2.66GHz Duo E6750 CPU with 2GB RAM.
DV format and with Premiere Pro 5.1, I'm just an old pro and not the transition to HD can be so difficult. Forget it!
My problems are: The camera provides me with an *. MTS file (I take up with highest quality).
a.) Do I have to cut the file into an AVI convert, as can be imported into MTS yes *. CS4?
b.) What DEFAULTS (AVCHD, HDV, HDV 1080p25, etc., etc.) I have to create the project, ideally, to export a lossless AVI video later?
c.) Can it be, that's my calculator to its knees? And if so, 2 GB RAM would be enough extra?
If you could give me else a few helpful tips, I am very grateful!
Thank you apologize in advance for your answers!

So I do if my HF20 (HF200 just like the same with hard drive) is always the 1080i50 format in which it absorbs. Then simply import the. (!!!!!!!!!!!) M ts files in Premiere / reinziehen.
In whatever format you exportierst which then is again a different story ;-)
Greetings

Thank you very much, because I am a Schonmal next big step!
However, the classic "Export as ..." -> uncompressed AVI
there is no longer in CS4, right?
Antwort von Wechiii:
Is not it ultimately no preference to export as the format it?
As can export and then yes avi, revving all complete, then it is synonymous with good quality.
But my recommendation: H264: 720p25 - great quality synonymous to a FULL HD Television (:
