Frage von Placeb0:I have before me an HD camera to shoot short films of little action scenes and the like to buy and currently have two products in mind:
Canon HF20/HF200 (400-800 ¬): 1080p at 30p in the 60i container
Very sharp picture for this price range
Video (with color correction)
Video I now wanted time wonders about what the two products provides better quality of the score in the following:
Motion sharpness
-Sharpness
Color
Suppose I would film a little turn, which of the two cameras would take pictures more professional (I now put not too much value on DoF)? I do not plan on your device for shooting my vacations to benefit, but more about me on an Anticipated future as a student in film / media (I'm not one hundred percent safe to prepare).
Main issues: Return an HF200 the same quality as the Rebel T2i when DoF can save eight times?
Is the footage from the cameras suitable for them with Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects further process the same?
Motion tracking is difficult when a movement is blurred in the Picture!
Is there perhaps a better camera in the same price range?
I hope I've done everything right, is my first thread here. Thanks in advance Schonmal!

I have both search engine, used as synonymous google and came across no Comparison between HF 200 and Canon 550D. There were comparisons between different camcorders of different brands, in this case I'm interested but, as with a cheap DSLR vs. cheap camcorder looks.
Antwort von r.p.television:
You must assess as very diffenziert:
Focus: You can not keep up the 550D ever. Resolutionentspricht rather 720p, Alias | Wavefront Mayaing errors and error correction by the appropriate department do the rest of the picture to make them look very crude.
Colors: This wins hands down, the 550D. The DSLRs magic skin tones as I have never seen in normal videocams.
Dynamics: See Colors. The DSLRs have a much larger aperture size between black and white. Since the HF200 can never keep up.
Handling: I think a matter of taste. For me, a DSLR to operate better because I'm used to operate out of the house to all manual. With cameras like HV30 or HF200 have to develop workarounds to influence the automatic functions. So I can not work in person.
Antwort von jwd96:
Is the footage from the cameras equally suitable to further process it with Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects? Of course, both cams take on H.264, which should tell you, they can edit both gleichschlecht in Ae.
So the footage of the two cams rather before converting.

Thank srptelevision and jwd96. Exactly such information is important to me!
The thing with the contrast / color quality makes me more likely to tend 550D, but the (perhaps artificial) sharpness argues for the HF200. Something like me will surely help in decision making.
Antwort von Bruno Peter:
Which artificial sharpness to have the 550 D?
Antwort von jwd96:
As you said, some camcorders have a somewhat artificial sharpness. For what you decide will depend above all of your preferences, and what you will do with it (you want a film look with DoF, or rather a handy cam with good autofocus?).
I like for example the somewhat softer (not necessarily fuzzy) picture of DSLRs. But there are plenty of videos to DSLR decision on Youtube.
Antwort von Placeb0:
Which artificial sharpness to have the 550 D? As someone has probably not read my post correctly.
EDIT: Sorry, I have not noticed that my post was ambiguous. I thought the focus as a positive feature of the HF200.
you want a film look with DoF, or rather a handy cam with auto focus good? Hmmm .. the DoF with the film-look is probably the main reason why I have decided not immediately for the HF200.
What the experts say here really HF200 with a 35mm adapter?
Antwort von deti:
Both the HF200 as synonymous bring the EOS550D not technically feasible in terms of the resolution. Here is a Comparison to the current leader in this class: http://www.camcorder-test.com/camcorder-07c7f1cb6bc1eff9568c4475d3b319af.html
The EOS550D, however, is not even a Resolutionvon 1280x720, although the recording codec in 1080p. For the filmmakers staged it is still the beautiful toys. The HF200 is across the models of competition (see link) is far back and was supposed to be worth consideration at all None.

The HDC-SD707 times I'll put on my personally with decision list. The price is ¬ 700 + with a little high, but since I can buy the camera anyway until the beginning of next year, reduces the prez by then maybe a little.
Antwort von deti:
Well with the 550D you lie loosely synonymous in the class, because you're still a good lens and some accessories need.
