Hello,
how many times read and seen in tests is the sound quality of the HV 30's not so really good.
Is it then such a device an appropriate alternative (; example of Panasonic or Sony), which characterizes the sound better without (otherwise too many compromises to make, for example in picture quality)? With geht's not about orchestral recordings ... but the sound is already somehow important, and I do not have synonymous with each recording a separate micro in the hand ...

I've even seen some time. Unfortunately, Panasonic does not MiniDV equipment produces more than the 330 and 90 I think herumgurken but in a lower price range. (but certainly not bad) alternatives, I'm with MiniDv therefore not seen as a recording medium ....
I'm now even the HV30 ordered ...

The SonyHC9 jo agrees is an alternative but to stop with the 300 ¬ more expensive than the hv30 ...

My daughter has the camera for 4 weeks and I finished it a few smaller movies with them. Compared to my HF100, the quality is not visibly worse. The reworking of the material makes no problems. The processing of the case is by far better than Canon.

To sum up, I still wonder how bad the sound quality at the HV 30 is. Use it all in almost all situations, an external Micro? Or does the sound for scenes 08/15 - Kids play around, or learn to speak - quite ok?

Of course, the original recording is in progress by camera microphone with me always with in order to preserve the atmosphere of all-round.
For the video useful places I have been working with the equalizer of the NLE in the sound rework after so that I hinbekomme a harmonious sound. That actually is really fast and easy.
Specifically directed to sound recording of the front, I use the additional Rode VideoMic.

2 days ago so I got the HV30 and delivered, I must say that the tone impfinde not as bad as everywhere else said but I'll still do a few tests and then tell you more ...

I thought my Comparison with the SonyHC9 to the HF100.
What HF100 relates to the HV30, there is the recording of the running noise of the HV30 has a significant disadvantage. Of course you can as Principal sponsors with an additional micro, then of course the quick and simple use of a camera no longer exist.
