... "Remove the cassette" ... There is a homonym and a very long discussion. Just the error message in the search input.

... must be a contractor's Canon? Not necessarily, but in Canon specialized workshops might have more experience with the equipment. Have a look at the website of Canon for a service near you. If there's nothing there, there is certainly a contact option somewhere to check.
